At PSTR Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your art selection. If your new prints or frames are not a perfect fit for your home, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the artwork in its original protective tube or flat packaging to ensure it remains crease-free and undamaged during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
